Classes

From our signature cheesemaking workshops to other homesteading skills such as fermenting, foraging, bread-making, and beekeeping, our classes allow folks to get their hands dirty while learning practical skills they can use for years to come.

Classes

From May to October, we offer monthly farm walks and hay rides led by farm staff. With farmers, cheesemakers, and herbalists as your guides, each hour-long tour is designed to highlight a different aspect of our farm and offer new information about the land and its history, flora, and fauna.

Activities

Events

Our variety of seasonal events include some new and exciting Farm Dinners over the next few months. In April we start our monthly First Fridays Fun on the Farm days; in May a Calf Welcoming & The Coming of the Milk celebrations; and our Cow Parade in November.

Private Tours, Events, & Classes

Private Tours & Events: Enjoy your private birthday party, school outing, or team-building experience at our farm. People have said that the idyllic setting gets the creative juices flowing and allows children to release energy and connect with nature and animals. Your private event can be tailored to your group's specific needs and interests or to your school’s curriculum.

Private Cheese Classes: Want to get a group together for a fun experience learning to make cheese? We offer the following classes for private groups of 6-12 people: Ricotta Making & Lunch; Mozzarella Stretching with Burrata (great intro to cheese making); and Mozzarella from Scratch (a little more advanced but still lots of fun!). Per-person prices start at $70.
