Want to get together with friends to celebrate a wedding, birthday, or just to learn something new? We offer the following classes to private groups: Ricotta Making & Lunch; Mozzarella Stretching with Burrata (great intro to cheese making); and Mozzarella from Scratch (a little more advanced but still lots of fun!).
