Indian Farm Dinner
Celebrate Holi and the Spring Equinox
Friday, March 21st, 2025, 6 p.m.
Sandeep and Nalini Agarwal, who teach the paneer class at Cherry Grove Farm, and who run Pure Indian Foods, will be cooking a 5 course Indian dinner at Cherry Grove Farm to celebrate Holi and the Spring Equinox. Anyone who has taken their paneer class will know how delicious Nalini’s cooking is. The meal will be vegetarian but it will likely have gluten, dairy and nuts. The menu will include an appetiser, soup, salad, rice and two vegetable dishes, and dessert. There will be a sampling of Cherry Grove cheeses with the appetiser, and a few traditional Indian drinks (non-alcoholic) will be served. You are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine or beer. As this dinner is in March we are limiting it to 16 people as we may have to be inside due to cold or rainy weather. So sign up quickly! Seats are going fast. We hope to have one or two more Indian farm dinners over the summer and autumn. Possibly a dosa and idli dinner outside.
