In this workshop we'll discuss all the benefits of the various ingredients you can put into your Fire Cider - garlic, ginger, hot peppers, horseradish, turmeric, rosemary, sage, thyme, tulsi, elderberry, hibiscus, honey, apple cider vinegar. You then decide what flavours and actions you like or need and make your own jar to take home. Children are welcome. They will have lots of fun chopping ingredients and making and naming their own jar of Fire Cider.
