In this workshop we’ll learn the importance of bitters in our daily diet, especially in the spring, and how they affect not only our digestion, but our mood, our immune system and more. Bitter drinks, such as Campari and Vermouth have been used for centuries in Europe to improve and aid digestion. Bitter spring greens and herbs are taken in all traditional cultures as a nourishing, cleansing tonic. We’ll taste some different bitter herbs and then make our own formula specifically for our individual needs and tastes.
